I have people ask me all the time, what is it that you do again, this whole healthcare Branding thing. I thought I'd give you just a quick glimpse into what we do on a daily basis and just to put it in just a summarized way.
We work with two different groups of people. We work with surgeons.
Certainly in the orthopedic, neurosurgery, and Spine side of the house, and we help them to take trust and to build more trust with patients because you see, we tell our clients, trust is your currency and your reputation is your bank account.
Secondly, we amplify your reputation. We help you to become the specialist within your specialty and to translate reputation from simple brand awareness to authority and thought Leadership. And then lastly, and man, is this critical during a Pandemic.
The ability to help you attract more ideal.
Let's focus on that again, the ability to help you to attract more ideal patients into your practice. And then lastly, we work with medical device organizations of all sizes, Fortune 500 to up and coming companies across the board from every healthcare space you can think of.
And then during a Pandemic, we saw an opportunity to help. You see, we've got expertise in setting up Medical sales distributorships. It's part of our past. And so we said during a Pandemic, how can we help distributors? Think entrepreneurially.
Help them to bring in multiple lines of revenue and help them think and act and grow and create digital relationships in the midst of a Pandemic to grow their Business.
The last part that I would say.
Is that I've had distributors that have attended our Medical sales, RX course say, Matthew, at the beginning, this whole concept you have about creating lifestyle design, eventual millionaires in the Medical sales space, we thought it was Branding at its finest, but we now see the purpose and the self-awareness that goes into.
How do you become a millionaire helping surgeons help patients. So if you're interested in seeing a glimpse into our world of what Branding looks like with surgeons that you serve every day, stay tuned.
So at the heart of Branding, it's positioned around difference, the ability to help you understand how you can be authentically different in the mindset of your ideal patients. We actually take doctors and we put them through what we call the brand RX discovery process. It's a list of proprietary questions that we've developed, which help you.
Declare and define why you do what you do, and it allows us to be able to put that into words and images and thoughts and actions that align themselves with your version of your ideal patient, ideal profitable procedure. So, you're looking at a quick example from one of our favorite clients. We put together what we call a brand brief. A brand brief is a one slide summary.
Of what we recommend, of what we think you should do.
And what we love about it is, is it allows us to show our creativity. It allows us to be good listeners and allows us or enables us to understand your patients.
And you can see we create these different brand briefs that allow us to have one blend of strategy and one blend of creativity and give the doctor different ideas about how to develop thought Leadership and position. And you can see, we just take these ideas and put them in a summarized way.
So for some of you who are listening to me right now, you're a doctor. And you're asking yourself, OK, how do I?
Develop or how do I think of myself as a brand? Well we've done something that has helped out so many, I mean, just this year, we've done hundreds of what we call complimentary brand audits.
Doctor, I want you to think about this for just a moment. When a patient comes to see you, you go through a history and a diagnosis and a prognosis. We've mirrored what you do so well to take care of us, and we've applied that to the health of your brand.
We're gonna spit out about a 30-page report. Don't let that intimidate you. Rather, think of this report as a deep, deep dive into the health of your online brand, how patients find you, and once they find you, what is it that they hear? What is it that they think? It's completely free.
So, it's something that we wanna make you aware of. It's something that we want to provide that value to you during the midst of a Pandemic. In the comments section, I'll place a schedule of 15-minute chat. Here's the purpose of 15 minutes. 15 minutes is a short enough time period that I'll tell you exactly our process and how we do this. I'll reassure you that we're not going to charge you a penny, and then we'll find a time.
To go through your findings and your results, and that's where the fun begins. So I hope this is helpful.
