  1. Speaker 1So

  2. Speaker 2this is a very straightforward case. It's a 38-year-old guy who came to see me with a two month history of right arm Pain and neck Pain following a work-related injury. His C6 radiculopathy consisted of Pain, numbness, and weakness of his hand.

  3. Speaker 2And when I saw him in the office, he, he couldn't hold his head up straight. He couldn't find a comfortable position. He kept shifting all the time, and he did have a weak grip and diminished sensation in the right C6 distribution.

  4. Speaker 2Um, we had tried to get him to do Physical therapy, but this is right when COVID hit and all the Physical therapy places closed, uh, so he was doing a home, uh, self-directed home exercise program.

  5. Speaker 2But his hand was getting weaker. So prior to the, uh, the, the invitation, you know, we sent out some, uh, questionnaires uh what would you, how would you treat this? So I want you to think about how you would treat this case and after we're done with the presentations, perhaps you'd be able to, people who are watching will be able to uh write in uh what they or how they would treat, uh, this patient.
