  1. What's going on? It's Brian here. Um, last time we talked a little bit about building your team, right, and building kind of a network within people that are like-minded in the medical community in your area to help you out. You know, one reason that we kind of didn't touch upon as much last time in this video that I wanted to touch.

  2. Upon today was that when you build a team like that, what it does help you with also is your referrals in the door, right? So this is how you're gonna get patients in the door, this is how you're gonna get patients who wanna be at a practice like yours. A lot of times what we do as physical therapists, as medical professionals is we go out and we're trying to.

  3. Knock doors down to get people to refer to us and sometimes unfortunately there's just doctors out there that are never gonna send you a patient. They may have their own financial interests, they may just not align with your values, they may be doing their own thing. They may just not even care to refer people to whatever discipline you do. That's OK. We need to stop spending our time trying to knock the same doors down over and over again and instead find like-minded people because when you do that, that's how you're gonna grow your practice. That's how you're gonna grow the way you treat. This stuff doesn't just go for a.

  4. Director, a person who owns a clinic, but this is also a great way for a new grad, um, somebody new in a company, somebody who may work at a large chain of places that's trying to differentiate themselves. If you go out there and you build your network of people, you're gonna get personal referrals in into any Business.

  5. The owner to any director to anybody else that is invaluable to see your employees and see Other people go out there and do it and it also builds your personal brand which is huge so that's two Other big big values of building a network, building a team like that that I wanted to kind of pass along to you guys as well.

  6. There you go.
